This course is aimed at beginners and those that already have some navigation skills but could do with a refresher. It is run in the area surrounding Glenduan and the Cable Bay Walkway, approximately 15-20 mins from Nelson. Each of the two days begins with fresh coffee, pastries, and a short theory session before heading off on a leisurely walk where we get stuck into relating the map to the landscape and learning the art of navigation.
Transport from Richmond or Nelson can be provided if arranged prior to the course.
